I have used mindfulness and meditation to overcome my own low mood when I became a full-time carer for my mum. I have been able to lose weight and give up smoking using the techniques I now teach. I have a degree in Psychology and I am trained as a Mindfulness Teacher by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, approved by the British Psychology Society.About Body

Each week is designed to enable you to introduce a little more awareness to help you navigate through all the busyness, stress and anxiety. Weekly meditations are designed so you can drop in. Classes include mindful movement, focussed meditation and body scan relaxation. To book your contact Helen.

Working one to one allows you to focus on specific issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, eating and weight problems. Helen will desgn a personal programme at a time and venue to suit you. For more information contact Helen.
